Shipping and Returns


1. Shipping carriers.

We use ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) as our mail carrier for orders shipping to the US.

2. Domestic Shipping times.

Once the order is ready; Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 5-8 business days.

3. International Shipping times.

We are in the process of setting up international shipping and are currently unable to fulfill international orders.


Allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order before shipping.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations will be gladly accepted.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery
NOTE: orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be processed the following business days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders. Every item is designed and made specially for your specifications, and we cannot be returns or exchanged.
  • Gift cards.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return policy.

Your order may be returned if defective, or unwashed, unworn and in sellable condition to Cossetandco. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (within 14 days of delivery)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13521 SW 62nd street, Miami, FL, 33183, United States.
Buyers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If buyers receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Please note that once your order is collected by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for its shipment time or delivery status. Order that show delivery on tracking cannot be refunded. If the shipping address provided to us is incorrect and as a result an item is returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the order to ship again. If we must reship the order to you, a reshipment fee of $7 will be payable.

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Once your order is processed we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
